My hard drive is making some weird sounds, what do I do?
It sounds like your hard drive is about to die. Or, if your are experiencing incredibly slow performance and files disappearing, then you are definitely walking down a scary path. However, we can take your hard drive and recover any of the critical data that you may need. This only works if the drive hasn’t experienced a physical failure.
My computer is just god awfully slow, what can I do?
No worries! We can run a complete diagnostics on your machine and clean up any unwanted or troublesome software. We may also recommend upgrading the memory or the hard drive to take full advantage of what your computer can do. If all else fails, the best option is to backup your data, wipe out the hard drive and re-install Windows or Mac OS; this is usually the best option and gives the most ‘bang for your buck’. If your computer is just too old, well, we won’t be ashamed to tell you such and that your money may be better spent upgrading to something newer. PCs and Laptops are incredibly inexpensive nowadays.
